🚚 1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
⏱️ 2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–72 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🤐 4. Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, tamper-proof packaging without any product names or branding visible on the outside — ensuring 100% privacy and discretion.

• A nominal ₹69 shipping fee is applied to all orders (it will be shown at checkout).
🧾 6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
• After dispatch, we will send you a tracking link via SMS/email.
• You can track your order at any time using the provided link.
🛑 7. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery
• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
• If undelivered after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to origin, and refund (excluding shipping fee) may be issued at our discretion.
To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate and someone is available to receive the package.
🔄 8. Damaged Packages
If your order is visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery:
• Do not accept the package from the delivery agent
• Take a photo or video and email us immediately at support@stressreliefaromas.com
• We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the verification process
