Welcome to Stress Relief Aromas! We are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with our fair and transparent returns and refunds policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The item must be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible for return.
Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our Customer Support Team at support@stressreliefaromas.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including a return shipping address.
Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If rejected, we will notify you via email with the reason for rejection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:
Initiate a return for a refund.
Place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Since this is a glass-enclosed item, we request that you record a video of the product immediately after delivery while you are unboxing it.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stressreliefaromas.com with photos and videos of the damaged product.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on product availability.
In some cases, we may request you to return the damaged item before issuing a replacement or refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used or opened essential oils
Personalized or customized items
Gift cards
Clearance or discounted items
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed for shipping.
